Job Opportunity: Legal Compliance Executive / Junior Legal Counsel / Legal Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all company legal compliance, documentation, and filing.
  2. Review and update agreements and compliance documents in consultation with legal advisers.
  3. Address any legal disputes involving current or former employees with legal advisers regarding there formalities.
  4. Manage employee benefits information, including PF, ESIC, and gratuity.
  5. Manage and ensure timely payments of employee benefits (PF, ESIC, Gratuity).
  6. Attend court hearings for employee disputes and coordinate with advocates for resolution.
  7. Stay updated on legislative changes and trends impacting the company.
  8. Ensure company policies and compliances are up to date.
  9. Prepare periodic MIS reports on outstanding litigation and coordinate their follow-up and closure.
  10. Maintain administrative records for all legal matters and assist in various legal filings.
