Job Title: UI/UX Designer (Female)

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team at StarkEdge. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces while keeping the user experience at the forefront of their work. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create seamless digital experiences that are both engaging and functional.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and create user-friendly interfaces for websites and mobile applications.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to drive design decisions.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design meets user needs and business objectives.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Ensure consistent design across all digital platforms and maintain design systems.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements:

Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Expertise in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes is desirable.
