Title: Telecaller

Overview
We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Tele Caller to communicate with potential and existing customers over the phone. The ideal candidate will handle outbound and inbound calls, provide information about products or services, generate leads, and support sales or customer service activities.

Role & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries politely and effectively
Explain product features, offers, and benefits clearly
Generate leads and schedule appointments or follow-ups for the sales team
Maintain accurate call records and customer details
Follow call scripts and company communication guidelines
Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead targets
Coordinate with sales and support teams for smooth follow-up
Maintain professionalism and positive customer interaction at all times

Education / Certification
Minimum high school education; graduation preferred
Telecalling or customer service training is a plus

Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Good communication and convincing skills
Ability to speak clearly and confidently on calls
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
Customer-focused and target-oriented attitude
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
Time management and follow-up skills
