We are currently seeking experienced SAP Consultants to join our expanding team.
Job Description
We are looking for skilled and experienced SAP Consultants with expertise in one or more of the following modules:
MM (Materials Management)
SD (Sales and Distribution)
FICO (Finance and Controlling)
HCM (Human Capital Management)
ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming)
GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance)
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SAP processes, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and support SAP modules based on business requirements.
Conduct gap analysis and develop solutions to address business needs.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Perform system testing and ensure the quality of delivered solutions.
Provide end-user training and support.
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues.
Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices.
Participate in project implementations and contribute to successful project delivery.
Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP configurations and processes.
For ABAP Developers:
Design, develop, test, and implement ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation and support.
Strong functional or technical knowledge of one or more SAP modules (MM/SD/FICO/HCM/ABAP/GRC).
Excellent understanding of business processes and their integration with SAP.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Client-facing experience is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Salary: ₹8-10 LPA
Client Engagement Incentive:
Upon successful client placement within 30 business days, candidates will receive 50% of their annual CTC.
Upon onboarding to the client project, the full offered package (as per the offer letter) will be applicable.
