Job Title: Sales Executive
Industry: FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) / Consumer Foods
Location: Masjid Bander, Mumbai
Salary: Up to ₹70,000 per month
Experience: 4 to 7 years (Relevant experience in Sales within FMCG companies)
Job Responsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement: Responsible for achieving assigned sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company in the FMCG sector.
Market Penetration: Identify new business opportunities, explore untapped markets, and expand the customer base in the assigned region.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the product range and provide product information and advice to customers.
Sales Strategy Implementation: Assist in formulating and executing effective sales strategies, aligning with company goals and objectives.
Brand Promotion: Promote and represent the company’s products in a positive and professional manner to enhance brand image.
Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Distribution Channel Management: Coordinate with distributors and retailers to ensure timely and efficient product distribution.
Negotiation and Closing Sales: Handle negotiations with customers and close deals effectively. Follow up on leads and convert them into long-term customers.
Market Research: Continuously monitor the market and gather information on consumer preferences, competitor activity, and industry developments.
Key Skills Required:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or Consumer Foods industry
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Target-oriented with a focus on achieving sales goals
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong time management and organizational abilities
A proactive and self-motivated attitude
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales within the FMCG sector
A graduate degree in any field (preferably in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration)
