Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive / Online Bidder to join our team in Sector 74, Mohali. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in lead generation, online bidding, and developing strategies for business growth. The candidate must be proficient in building strong client relationships, negotiating deals, and delivering results to drive the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and generate quality leads through online channels (email, social media, cold calls, etc.).
Online Bidding: Place bids on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and others to secure new projects.
Client Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, effectively communicating business offerings.
Business Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and client acquisition to meet company goals.
Sales & Negotiation: Engage in sales conversations, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet sales targets.
Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, identify new business opportunities, and understand competitors.
CRM Management: Manage and track leads, client communications, and project progress using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Reporting: Prepare and present reports on lead generation performance and sales metrics to the management team.
Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience (5+ years) in lead generation, online bidding, and sales.
Strong experience with online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads into clients.
Proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools.
Ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored business solutions.
Strong analytical and research skills to identify potential leads and market trends.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in the IT/Tech industry or similar sectors.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies.
Experience in international sales and handling global clients.
Compensation:

Competitive salary (₹50,000 – ₹83,000 per month, depending on experience)
