Job Description:
Inspirei Solution is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Account Executive to assist with accounting activities and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good analytical skills, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain daily accounting entries and records
• Handle invoices, vouchers, and expense tracking
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance
• Support GST and other accounting compliance activities
• Prepare basic financial reports and statements
• Maintain proper documentation of accounting records
• Coordinate with internal teams for accounting-related tasks
Required Skills:
• Basic Accounting Knowledge
• Tally ERP / Tally Prime Knowledge
• MS Excel Proficiency
• Invoice and Billing Management
• Ledger Maintenance
• Bank Reconciliation
• Documentation and Record Keeping
Eligibility:
• B.Com or equivalent qualification preferred
• 0–1 Year of Experience in Accounting Field
• Freshers with basic accounting knowledge can apply
• Good communication and organizational skills required
