Job Title: Jewellery Showroom Staff (Sales Executive)
Location: Ahmedabad, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our jewellery showroom as Sales Executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales, and maintaining the showroom’s high standards of service and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers, providing them with a superior shopping experience by understanding their needs and guiding them in selecting jewellery.
Sales: Actively engage in sales activities to achieve sales targets, upsell products, and convert leads into sales.
Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of jewellery products, trends, and quality, ensuring accurate information is provided to customers.
Inventory Management: Assist with managing inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained, and products are well-organized in the showroom.
Display and Presentation: Ensure that the showroom is visually appealing, maintaining clean and attractive product displays.
Cash Handling & Billing: Accurately process sales transactions, handle cash, and assist in billing and invoicing customers.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent after-sales service and following up on customer satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth showroom operations and meet collective targets.
Requirements:
Education: HSC Pass or Graduation (any field).
Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in a jewellery showroom or retail sales environment.
Age: 20 to 30 years.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Good understanding of jewellery and its features is preferred.
Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in a jewellery showroom or luxury retail setting.
Knowledge of the latest jewellery trends and market demands.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
