CTC: ₹4,00,000 – ₹7,00,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process to bring in top talent that aligns with the company’s goals and culture.
Culture Building: Promote and maintain a positive work environment fostering collaboration, creativity, and ownership.
Employee Relations: Be the go-to person for employees, ensuring concerns are addressed with empathy and providing career development support.
Policy Development: Create and implement smart, flexible HR policies that promote a positive work environment without unnecessary bureaucracy.
Employee Engagement: Monitor team morale, gather feedback, and drive initiatives to ensure work remains meaningful and fulfilling.
Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Requirements: BBA, MBA, BSc, MSc, or any related degree in Management or HR studies.
Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1-2 years of experience in HR are welcome to apply.
Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational skills.
