About the Role:

The role is all about driving advertising revenue, securing sponsorships for our big events and awards, and creating impact properties. Were looking for someone who understands the media industry, has great client management skills, and can drive growth through creative sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue Generation:

o Meet monthly and annual revenue targets by driving advertising sales across platforms.

2. Sponsorship Acquisition:

o Secure sponsorships for Campaign India’s events, making sure the sponsors get great visibility and engagement.

3. Branded Content Sales:

o Sell branded content solutions like native articles, videos, and podcasts, aligned with Campaign Indias content strategy and the clients needs.

4. Impact Property Development:

o Develop new advertising properties that give advertisers unique opportunities to connect with their target audience.

5. Client Relationship Management:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with both agencies and direct clients, ensuring you understand their needs and help build long-term partnerships.

6. Market Insights:

o Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, using this info to develop sales strategies that keep Campaign India at the top.

7. Team Collaboration:

o Work closely with editorial, events, and marketing teams to ensure that sales initiatives are in sync with content and event goals, delivering a smooth experience for clients.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of ad sales experience, preferably in media or publishing.

Good knowledge of both digital and traditional advertising formats.

Strong connections in the media industry.

Great communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Strong analytical skills to use market data for planning.

Education: Graduate/PG in marketing and sales
