Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager located in Indore. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, training sales teams, and overseeing sales management activities. Daily tasks include contacting potential clients, presenting product benefits, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. The role demands a strategic approach to meet sales targets and enhance market presence.
Experience
Candidate should have Experience of minimum 6 months – 2yrs into Disinfectant , Surgical sales, OT related product, Medical devices
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills
Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
Customer Service expertise and ability to build lasting client relationships
Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
