Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Sourcing:
Understand job requirements and client expectations.
Source potential candidates via Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screening to assess candidates’ suitability.
Interview & Selection Process:
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Ensure smooth communication & timely follow-ups with candidates.
Offer & Onboarding Assistance:
Assist in offer negotiations, documentation, and background verification.
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for selected candidates.
Database Management & Reporting:
Maintain an updated candidate database & generate reports.
Track key hiring metrics to enhance recruitment efficiency.
Employer Branding & Engagement:
Promote job openings on LinkedIn and social media.
Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Mandatory Skills:
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Eagerness to learn & grow in Talent Acquisition.
Additional Advantage:
Prior experience in recruitment (internship or academic project).
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
