With a strong reputation for innovation and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the printing industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their printing needs and providing tailored solutions.
Lead and mentor the sales team, setting performance goals and providing ongoing support.
Collaborate with production and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales management within the printing industry (minimum 2 years).
Strong network and understanding of printing processes, materials, and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to drive business growth and meet/exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
