Responsibilities
Assist client throughout the entire spectrum of ESG services including ESG Strategy, ESG Automation & Reporting etc.
Assist and contribute to the firm level initiatives, including ESG automation, business development, development of tools & methodologies, support with thought leaderships & POVs etc.
Client delivery within defined timelines and required quality.
Adherence to the firms guidelines on risk management, quality of deliverable etc.

Hard Skills
Knowledge and working experience of ESG frameworks, such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), CSRD, TNFD and other popular global reporting standards.
Proficient in ESG data analysis, impact assessment, and risk management.
Strong understanding of relevant ESG regulations, reporting requirements, and emerging trends in different industries.
Experience in conducting stakeholder engagement and managing ESG communication strategies.
Relevant knowledge on ESG controls and working experience on ESG assurance engagement or assurance readiness engagements
Experience in working on sectors like Consumer Markets, Industrial Markets, Financial Sector (Banking) and experience of consulting environment will be an added advantage

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex ESG concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess ESG risks, identify innovative solutions, and drive impactful change.
Ability to build collaborative relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proactive and adaptable mindset to navigate evolving ESG landscapes and address emerging challenges.
Passion for sustainability and a genuine commitment to making a positive social and environmental impact.

Qualifications
Any Graduate/Post Graduate.
