Job Description
Adullam India Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced BIS Consultant with 3-5 years of expertise in BIS certification processes to join its Delhi office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing BIS certification projects for clients, particularly from Korea and other international markets. This role requires strong liaisoning with BIS authorities, in-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks, and an understanding of diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end implementation of BIS certification projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide expert guidance on BIS certification under various schemes, including FMCS, CRS, and other applicable standards.
Maintain strong liaison with BIS officials, testing laboratories, and other relevant regulatory bodies.
Assist international clients, especially from Korea, in understanding and navigating the BIS certification process for smooth market entry/operations.
Conduct thorough documentation, application preparation, and follow-ups for timely approvals.
Stay updated with changes in BIS regulations, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of certification projects.
Support business development activities by identifying potential clients requiring BIS certification.
Provide advisory services on technical compliance and regulatory matters.
Key Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in BIS certification, regulatory compliance, or a related field.
Strong network and liaisoning capabilities with BIS authorities and regulatory bodies.
In-depth knowledge of BIS certification schemes (FMCS, CRS, etc.) across various industries.
Experience in handling international clients, especially from Korea and other global markets.
Excellent understanding of regulatory documentation, testing procedures, and certification requirements.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.
Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field is preferred.
