About the Role : We are looking for an Assistant Manager Partnerships & Alliances to support a high-impact, government-powered national skilling and employment initiative. In this role, you will be responsible for driving partnerships with corporates, institutions, and training organizations, ensuring active participation and sustained engagement on the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard corporate and institutional partners across regions.
Build and maintain relationships with employers, colleges, ITIs, and training partners.
Coordinate joint campaigns, events, and engagement programs with partners.
Track partner performance, generate reports, and support impact measurement.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership deliverables.
Who Should Apply
36 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or stakeholder management.
Proven ability to manage institutional and corporate relationships.
Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Experience in skilling, employment, or government projects is an advantage.
