Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 1-2 years
CTC: ₹3,00,000 – ₹3,60,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate financial records by entering data into accounting software, updating ledgers, and ensuring correct and timely processing of transactions.

Accounts Payable & Receivable:
Manage and process payments to suppliers, and keep track of incoming payments. Prepare and issue invoices, ensuring that all financial transactions are correctly recorded.

Bank Reconciliation:
Perform monthly reconciliation of bank statements with company records. Identify discrepancies and resolve any issues related to transactions.

Taxation Support:
Assist with tax filings, including GST, TDS, and other indirect and direct taxes. Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and deadlines.

Financial Reporting:
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow statements.

Expense Management:
Review and process expense reports, ensuring that company expenses are properly recorded, categorized, and aligned with company policy.

Data Management & Filing:
Ensure that all financial documents, reports, and receipts are organized and stored securely for easy access during audits and reviews.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
Ability to handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Good working knowledge of taxation (GST, TDS) and accounting regulations.
Attention to detail to ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and support decision-making.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
