Job Description:
Ronak Doshi and Associates is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic CS Intern to assist in secretarial, compliance, and corporate governance activities. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn and build a career in Company Secretary practice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in company law and secretarial compliance
• Prepare and maintain statutory records and registers
• Support ROC filing and documentation
• Draft resolutions, notices, and minutes
• Assist in incorporation and compliance-related work
• Maintain company records and legal documents
• Coordinate with clients and regulatory authorities
• Support senior professionals in daily assignments
• Ensure timely completion of compliance tasks
• Perform other secretarial and administrative duties
