Job Description:
Rhyom Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate should be skilled in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders
• Prepare functional requirement documents (FRD) and business requirement documents (BRD)
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Create user stories, workflows, and process documentation
• Conduct meetings with clients to understand project requirements
• Support project planning, testing, and implementation
• Ensure project deliverables meet business objectives
