Job Description: Back Office Coordinator (Female Only)
Location: Sabarmati Road, Ahmedabad
Experience: 1 to 3 Years
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Connect with existing and new clients to manage relationships
Prepare quotations and draft professional emails
Handle new inquiries and maintain a proper database
Operate and manage Indiamart, Trade India, and GEM portal
Attend and respond to service inquiry calls
Required Skills:
Strong communication and client-handling skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with Indiamart, Trade India, and GEM portal
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
