Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Assistant Manager to join our team at our multiplex theater in Valsad. This role requires an individual who can manage the operations of the theater effectively, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead the team to provide exceptional service. Previous experience in a multiplex theater setting is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the multiplex, ensuring smooth operations.
Staff Management: Manage and lead the theater staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
Inventory Management: Assist in inventory control, ensuring all supplies are stocked and available.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the theater environment is clean, safe, and meets all operational standards.
Event Management: Support promotional activities and events to increase attendance and customer engagement.
Financial Oversight: Assist in budgeting and cost control to maximize profitability.
Skills and Qualifications:
Leadership Skills: Ability to manage, lead, and motivate a team.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer interaction and team coordination.
Problem-Solving: Quick and efficient decision-making in resolving customer and operational issues.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, especially during peak hours.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with theater operations, ticketing systems, and POS systems.
Customer-Centric Attitude: A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Sales & Marketing Awareness: Ability to promote events and drive ticket sales.
Education and Experience:
Education: Graduation (mandatory).
Experience: Previous experience in a Multiplex Theater setting is essential.
