* Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Dip/B-Tech)
* Experience: 2-4 years of experience in civil engineering or construction
**Responsibilities:**
As a Junior Engineer, you’ll work closely with our senior engineers to:
* Assist in planning, designing, and executing construction projects
* Conduct site inspections to ensure project progress and identify potential issues
* Prepare project plans, drawings, and cost estimates
* Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to coordinate project activities
* Perform quality control checks to verify the integrity and safety of construction materials and workmanship
* Maintain accurate records of project activities
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Dip/B-Tech)
* 2-4 years of experience in civil engineering or construction
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software
* Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as required
