**Join Our Team as a Sales/Senior Sales Executive**
Are you a driven and results-focused sales professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for building relationships and driving growth? We’re seeking an exceptional Sales/Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Town and City Developers KG Group.
**Responsibilities:**
* Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and understand customer needs
* Proactively seek out new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and social media
* Meet with potential clients, listen to their concerns, and provide tailored solutions
* Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on our products and services
* Stay up-to-date with sales and financial data to inform your strategies
* Ensure you’re available for in-person sales and demonstrations
* Participate in industry events and conferences to represent the company
* Negotiate deals, handle objections, and resolve any issues that arise
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals
* Gather feedback from customers and share insights with our internal teams
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience as a Sales/Senior Sales Executive or relevant role (min. 3 years, max. 10 years)
* Experience in Real Estate, Automobile, Car sales, Banking, or Insurance sales is preferred
* Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
* Fast learner with a passion for sales
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
* Ability to deliver engaging presentations
* Bachelor’s degree (required)
