**Job Title: Assistant Manager – Land Acquisition**
**Company:** Infinium Developers (a startup in the Real Estate space based out of Coimbatore)
**Location:** Coimbatore
**Job Type:** Full-time, Permanent
We’re looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our Land Acquisition team as an Assistant Manager. If you have a passion for real estate and are eager to learn and grow with our company, we’d love to hear from you!
**Responsibilities:**
* Identify suitable lands for property development through thorough market research
* Evaluate land parcels based on size, location, zoning regulations, and potential for future development
* Prepare feasibility reports and recommend land for acquisition to management
* Conduct regular site visits to assess the suitability of identified land parcels
* Engage with landowners, brokers, and local influencers to facilitate negotiations and build strong relationships
* Assist in negotiations to ensure mutual agreement that aligns with company objectives
* Gather necessary documents related to land ownership and coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure due diligence and adherence to regulatory requirements
* Act as a liaison between landowners and the management team
* Keep track of emerging land trends, market rates, and development projects in target locations
**Requirements:**
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to negotiate and influence effectively
* Basic knowledge of property laws, regulations, and land valuation
* Analytical thinking and attention to detail
* Proficiency in MS Office and mapping tools like Google Earth
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in land acquisition, real estate, or related roles
* Knowledge of local market trends and regulations is an added advantage
