**Assistant Manager – Land Acquisition**
Join our dynamic team at Infinium Developers, a young and vibrant startup in the Real Estate space based out of Coimbatore. We’re looking for a talented Assistant Manager to join our Land Acquisition department.
**What You’ll Do:**
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying suitable lands for property development, evaluating their potential, and ensuring successful negotiations with landowners. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
* Conducting market research to find the perfect plots for our projects
* Visiting identified sites to assess their suitability
* Building strong relationships with landowners and stakeholders to facilitate smooth acquisitions
* Negotiating deals that benefit both parties
* Coordinating with legal and compliance teams to ensure a seamless process
* Collaborating with internal teams to get the job done
**What We’re Looking For:**
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to negotiate and influence effectively
* Basic knowledge of property laws, regulations, and land valuation
* Analytical thinking and attention to detail
* Proficiency in MS Office and mapping tools like Google Earth
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in land acquisition, real estate, or related roles
* Knowledge of local market trends and regulations is an added advantage
