**Job Title:** Sales Representative

**Location:** Marinelines, Mumbai

**About the Role:**

We’re looking for a talented and outgoing individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you’ll be responsible for connecting with customers, understanding their jewelry requirements, and providing them with accurate solutions.

**Responsibilities:**

* Build relationships with customers by introducing them to our platform and inviting them to visit our website to purchase subscriptions and products.
* Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
* Develop sales materials to present to customers and record all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
* Address customer concerns, grievances, and suggestions in a timely manner.
* Take detailed notes of each conversation.

**Requirements:**

* Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred.
* Good knowledge of jewelry and diamonds will be an asset.
* Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Excel.
* Ability to understand and adapt to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences.
* Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi.
