**Financial Planning & Analysis Role**

As a Financial Planning & Analysis professional, your main responsibilities will be:

* Tracking our financial progress against budget and identifying areas where we can improve
* Developing a deep understanding of our finance function and how it impacts our business decisions
* Identifying potential risks and sharing your findings with leadership, along with suggestions for mitigating them
* Supporting specific projects related to finance, working closely with our finance team

You’ll also be responsible for:

* Preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements that are accurate and complete
* Ensuring the financial reporting of our subsidiaries is comprehensive and reliable
* Staying up-to-date on new accounting standards and technical updates
* Analyzing and preparing monthly financial results and management information systems (MIS)
* Supporting our Chief Accountant in preparing annual standalone and consolidated financial statements, as well as ensuring timely completion of statutory audits

You’ll also be expected to:

* Prepare projection reports that provide insights into our future financial performance
* Ensure compliance with various laws and regulations, including ROC, Income Tax, Payroll Tax, GST, and TDS returns
* File GST and TDS returns on a monthly basis
* Prepare advance tax working and analyze debtors and creditors aging on a monthly basis
* Review accounting entries and ledgers for reconciliation and accuracy

To be successful in this role, you should have:

* Knowledge of Tally software
* 2-4 years of related work experience with a strong understanding of accounting and economic concepts
* Good commercial acumen and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
