Job Description
**Succession Planner**
We’re seeking a talented Succession Planner to join our Wealth Management team! As a trusted advisor, you’ll work closely with high-net-worth individuals and families to develop personalized estate and succession plans that ensure their wealth is transferred efficiently and in accordance with their goals.
**Responsibilities:**
* Meet one-on-one with clients to understand their unique needs, financial situation, and goals. Educate them on various estate planning tools and strategies.
* Develop and implement comprehensive estate plans, including succession strategies, while ensuring legal compliance with local and international laws.
* Collaborate with a team of experts in law, tax, and finance to provide seamless and personalized service to clients.
* Provide guidance on minimizing tax liabilities through efficient wealth transfer strategies.
* Stay up-to-date on changing tax laws and regulations, and optimize plans for maximum tax efficiency.
**Key Skills:**
* Expertise in estate planning tools (wills, trusts, POAs, etc.) and wealth transfer strategies
* Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulatory frameworks, and cross-border estate planning
* Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts in a clear and client-friendly manner
* Strong collaboration and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with external advisors and legal firms
**Qualifications:**
* Chartered Accountant (CA) from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, or related fields
* Certification in estate planning, financial planning, or wealth management is a plus
* 10+ years of experience in wealth management, estate planning, or succession planning with high-net-worth clients
**Work Environment:**
* Our team is based in Surat and Mumbai
