**Job Title:** Sr. Node JS Developer
**Location:** Malad, Mumbai
**About the Job:**
Are you a talented backend developer looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience with Node.js and MERN stack technologies? We’re seeking a skilled Sr. Node JS Developer to join our dynamic team!
As a member of our development team, you’ll be responsible for building fast, scalable, and high-performance backend services using Node.js and the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js). Your expertise will help us create seamless integrations with frontend applications, optimize application performance, and ensure top-notch responsiveness.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services using Node.js and MERN stack technologies
* Design and implement RESTful APIs to integrate with frontend applications
* Work on WebSockets for real-time communication
* Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
* Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
* Collaborate with frontend developers to design and implement the frontend components and UI
* Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
* Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
**Requirements:**
* At least 2-4 years of experience in backend development using Node.js
* Strong proficiency in JavaScript ES6, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
* Experience with WebSockets and REST APIs
* In-depth knowledge of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
* Good understanding of server-side CSS pre-processors
* Hands-on experience with code version control tools like Git, SVN, or Bitbucket
**Nice to Have:**
* Experience working with frontend technologies such as React.js and Redux
* Familiarity with frontend UI/UX tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Photoshop
* Good understanding of UI component generation using CSS and HTML
* Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in an agile development environment
* Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools
