**Job Title:** Sr. Node JS Developer
**Location:** Malad, Mumbai
**About Us:**
We’re a dynamic team looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Node.js Developer to join our ranks! As part of our development team, you’ll have the opportunity to work on building scalable and high-performance backend services using Node.js and MERN stack technologies.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services using Node.js and MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)
* Design and implement RESTful APIs to integrate with frontend applications
* Work on WebSockets for real-time communication
* Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
* Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
* Collaborate with frontend developers to design and implement frontend components and UI
* Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
* Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
**What We’re Looking For:**
* At least 2-4 years of experience in backend development using Node.js
* Strong proficiency in JavaScript ES6, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
* Experience with WebSockets and REST APIs
* In-depth knowledge of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
* Good understanding of server-side CSS pre-processors
* Hands-on experience with code version control tools like Git, SVN, or Bitbucket
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working with frontend technologies such as React.js and Redux
* Familiarity with frontend UI/UX tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Photoshop
* Good understanding of UI component generation using CSS and HTML
* Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in an agile development environment
* Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools
