**Sales Executive Wanted!**
Are you a motivated sales professional looking for a new challenge? We’re on the hunt for an exceptional Area Sales Executive who can drive sales growth, lead a team, and expand our market share in their assigned region!
As our ideal candidate, you’ll be responsible for:
* Developing strategies to smash those sales targets
* Managing and motivating your own team of sales stars
* Building strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and customers
* Staying on top of market trends and finding new growth opportunities
* Keeping an eye out for what the competition is up to and adjusting our strategy accordingly
* Ensuring you’re following all company policies and pricing rules
* Preparing regular sales reports and presenting them to senior management
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
* A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (any degree will do!)
* At least 2 years of sales experience under your belt
* Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
* A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding those all-important sales targets
