As part of our dynamic team, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the company’s growth.
**Responsibilities:**
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities that can lead to increased sales
* Make cold calls and schedule meetings with potential clients to build a robust pipeline of opportunities
* Research and build relationships with new clients to understand their needs and develop solutions
* Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that can drive sales growth
* Develop a deep understanding of our unique selling propositions and differentiators in the market
* Collaborate with marketing staff to ensure timely fulfillment of prerequisites
* Present business development training and mentoring to internal staff
**What We’re Looking For:**
* 0-1 year of experience in sales or a related field
* Strong closing skills, motivation for sales, and prospecting skills
* Ability to plan and execute effective sales strategies
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in English and Hindi (written and spoken)
* High energy level and ability to meet sales goals
* Professional demeanor and a strong work ethic
