**Job Summary:**

As our new team member, you’ll play a key role in building relationships with Japanese customers and helping us grow our business. Your main responsibilities will include setting up meetings between our managers and high-level decision-makers, identifying the right audience for our products or services, and handling phone calls when our manager is unavailable.

**Key Requirements:**

* Fluency in Japanese language (written and spoken)
* Previous experience in lead generation is a definite plus
