Job Description
**Join Our Team as a C2O Welder!**
Are you passionate about welding and committed to quality? Do you have experience with CO or MIG/MAG welding techniques? We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual like you to join our team!
**About the Role:**
As a C2O Welder, you’ll be responsible for performing high-quality welds on various metal structures. You’ll work closely with our engineering team to ensure that all welds meet our strict specifications and safety standards.
**What’s Expected of You:**
* Perform CO welding operations on different metal structures
* Set up and prepare equipment and materials according to job requirements
* Interpret and follow technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols
* Conduct quality control checks to ensure welds are defect-free and meet safety standards
* Maintain welding equipment in good working condition through routine maintenance and troubleshooting
* Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE)
* Keep accurate records of work performed, including welding logs and quality checklists
**Who We’re Looking For:**
* ITI certification in Welding, Fabrication, or a related field is required
* 1-2 years of experience with CO or MIG/MAG welding is preferred, but freshers with strong practical skills are encouraged to apply!
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
* Knowledge of different metals and their welding characteristics
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and supervisors
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
