We’re looking for a seasoned HR professional with 5-7 years of experience to join our team as an HR Business Partner. As a key member of our corporate functions team, you’ll play a strategic role in driving business outcomes by partnering with our leaders and employees.

**Job Responsibilities:**
As an HR Business Partner, you’ll be responsible for:
* Collaborating with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals
* Overseeing recruitment, performance management, and succession planning for corporate teams
* Addressing employee concerns, fostering engagement, and improving workplace culture
* Identifying skill gaps and creating development plans to enhance employee performance
* Ensuring consistent application of HR policies and compliance with labor laws
* Supporting organizational change initiatives and ensuring smooth transitions
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field
* 5-7 years of experience in HRBP or similar roles
* Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and employee relations
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
