**Job Title:** HR Supervisor – Operations

**Join Our Team!**

We’re looking for a talented and organized HR Supervisor to lead our operations team. As an HR Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the onboarding process of new hires, managing employee data, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

**Responsibilities:**

* Coordinate the bulk hiring and onboarding process for over 300 employees
* Maintain accurate records and reports using our Management Information System (MIS)
* Ensure master data of all employees is up-to-date and accurate
* Monitor daily shift attendance to ensure optimal staffing levels
* Manage personal files for each employee, including bank account details
* Provide exceptional customer service by resolving queries and concerns from employees
* Stay up-to-date on compliance and audit requirements

**Requirements:**

* 1 year of experience as an HR Supervisor (required)
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
