**HR Generalist**

**Responsibilities:**

* Design and implement benefit packages that show we care about our employees’ well-being
* Lead the hiring process from start to finish, ensuring top talent joins our team
* Maintain accurate records of all employees, keeping us up-to-date on attendance, performance, and more
* Supervise daily operations in the HR department, ensuring everything runs smoothly
* Analyze budgets across departments to make informed decisions
* Develop new policies and update existing ones to keep our workplace fair and harmonious
* Counsel employees when needed, providing guidance and support
* Oversee terminations with empathy and professionalism
* Organize conferences and events for employees to bond and build connections
* Conduct exit interviews to learn from departing colleagues and improve our processes
* Track employee attendance to ensure we’re supporting their work-life balance
* Manage workplace complaints with compassion and fairness
**Requirements:**
* 1 year of experience in HR (preferred)
* Total work experience: 1 year (preferred)
* Fluency in English (required)
