We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Telecallers to join one of our reputed client’s teams in Noida. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in telecalling, customer communication, and lead generation. Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable products or services.
Generate leads and follow up with prospects.
Maintain records of calls and sales.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle customer queries in a professional and efficient manner.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Proficient in Hindi and English (spoken).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
Confidence and positive attitude.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th Pass; a graduate degree is a plus.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in telecalling or customer support.
