**What We’re Looking For:**
* Strong Property Sourcing, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
* Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations
* Excellent analytical and decision-making capabilities
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong understanding of financial acumen and ability to assess property values
* Prior experience in real estate development or property consultancy is a plus
**Requirements:**
