Job Description

**Job Title:** Pharmacy Supply Chain Manager

**Job Summary:**

We’re looking for a talented professional to join our team as a Pharmacy Supply Chain Manager. As part of our procurement team, you’ll work closely with pharmacy managers and buyers to ensure that medications and pharmacy supplies are always available across our healthcare system.

**Responsibilities:**

* Proactively plan and troubleshoot any backorder or shortage situations related to medications and pharmacy supplies
* Monitor inventory movements both in-ward and out-ward
* Manage the purchasing and procurement of medications according to physicians’ requirements
* Conduct accurate physical inventories as needed, reviewing stock analysis and verifying quantities on hand
* Perform timely material reconciliations to ensure accuracy
* Maintain a list of approved vendors and follow up with them for timely deliveries to prevent stock shortages
* Optimize storage space usage to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
* Prevent the generation of dead stock by ensuring accurate inventory management

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma)
* 3-4 years of experience in a similar role or related field
* Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai

**Compensation & Benefits:**

* Salary range: ₹3 lakhs – ₹4 lakhs per annum
