**Join Our Team as an IT Recruiter-Intern!**

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of IT recruitment? We’re seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an IT Recruiter-Intern.

As part of our remote team, you’ll be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to making job offers. You’ll work closely with our hiring managers to understand their needs and find the best talent in the market.

**What We’re Looking For:**

* Proven skills in full-life cycle recruiting and technical recruiting
* Experience in IT recruitment is a must
* Strong understanding of hiring processes and ability to identify top talent
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and remotely (with minimal supervision)
* Prior experience in recruiting or HR is a plus

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
* Commitment to working as an intern for 3 months with us
