**Exciting Opportunity for a Key Account Manager!**

Are you a people person with exceptional communication skills and a knack for building strong relationships? Do you have experience in customer relationship management, business development, or key account handling? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

As our new Key Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

* Building strong relationships with existing key accounts and ensuring increased business transactions
* Coordinating internally and externally to ensure smooth business operations
* Developing new key accounts by bringing in new clients or converting potential leads
* Managing a team of promoters, sales executives, and merchandisers, providing guidance and support as needed

You’ll also be responsible for:

* Sourcing new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, cold calls, email marketing, research, and online lead generation
* Preparing MIS reports to share with our management team

Travel may be required to meet potential clients in the NCR region or attend exhibitions/events.

**What we’re looking for:**

* 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management, business development, or key account handling
* Excellent negotiation skills (a plus!)
* Analytical skills and expertise in using Advanced Excel
* Strong written and oral communication skills (English)
* Language proficiency in one or more regional languages: Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, or Kannada
