**Join Our Team as a Front Desk Executive!**
Are you a people person with excellent administration skills? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for providing top-notch customer service?
As our Front Desk Executive, your role will be the first point of contact for visitors, phone calls, and emails. You’ll be responsible for:
* Greeting guests warmly and answering their questions
* Responding promptly to phone calls and emails
* Organizing mail, packages, and deliveries
* Keeping our reception area tidy and organized
* Booking travel arrangements and managing meeting rooms
* Providing refreshments and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
In this full-time role, you’ll work standard day shifts with weekend availability. We’re looking for someone with:
* A Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
* At least 1 year of experience in administration or customer service (preferred)
* Excellent computer skills
* Patience and calmness under pressure
* Attention to detail and a keen sense of organization
* Strong verbal communication skills
As our ideal candidate, you’ll be fluent in English (although we do consider applicants with other language proficiency).
**Work Location:** Our office is based in-person, so you’ll need to be comfortable working in an urban setting.
