**What You’ll Do:**
* Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s overall goals
* Manage daily HR operations, including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws
* Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational changes and initiatives
* Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
* Analyze data and metrics to inform HR decisions and improve processes
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably at a senior level
* Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning
