We’re looking for a talented and driven individual to lead our real estate sales team in Surat. As a Sales Executive/Manager, you’ll be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
**Your Key Responsibilities:**
* **Lead Generation**: Use your skills to find new customers through online platforms, cold calling, networking, and referrals. Develop strategies to grow our client base and maintain a strong database of potential buyers.
* **Client Engagement & Site Visits**: Connect with people who are looking for property solutions, understand their needs, and show them the right properties. Build trust by providing excellent service and answering questions.
* **Sales & Revenue Generation**: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Negotiate deals to ensure maximum profitability while working closely with our marketing team to create effective campaigns.
* **Market Research & Competitor Analysis**: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Share your insights with our management team to help refine our sales strategies and offerings.
* **Documentation & Reporting**: Ensure timely and accurate documentation of deals and agreements. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for review by senior management.
