Android Developer
Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Android Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining high-performance Android applications. You will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver innovative mobile solutions that align with business goals and user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain advanced applications for the Android platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries
Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
Follow best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to improve development efficiency
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in Android development
Proficient in Kotlin and Java
Strong understanding of Android SDK and application lifecycle
Hands-on experience with MVVM architecture, Firebase, and Room Database
Experience in working with REST APIs using Retrofit or Volley
Familiarity with Jetpack components, Google Maps, and image loading libraries like Glide or Picasso
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
