**Job Title:** ARDM (Agency Development & Recruitment Manager) & RM (Relationship Manager)
**Compensation:** ₹2.5L to 5L per month (depending on your experience and interview performance) + Fast-track promotions and high incentives!
**About the Role:**
As an Agency Development & Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Recruiting and managing a team of financial advisors
* Meeting with customers, along with our financial advisors, to discuss their insurance needs
* Selling life insurance and investment products from our company
In addition, as a Relationship Manager, you will:
* Handle walk-in customers and work with a database provided by the company
* Meet with customers on an appointment basis to discuss their insurance needs
* Sell life insurance products from our company
**What We’re Looking For:**
We’re seeking candidates who have a basic understanding of insurance and finance, and a positive attitude and growth mindset.
